Return Policy
- Merchandise must be received unopened within 14 days of the original shipment date for a full refund.
- All opened merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping fees on returned merchandise are non refundable.
- In the event you receive the wrong item or damaged merchandise, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
How to Process a Return
If your return meets the criteria above, then follow the steps below to request and process a return.
- Email support@moneto.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Submit your return request. Your request will be reviewed within 72 hours.
Please note, returns without an approval will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. - An email will be sent with indicating if your return request was approved.
- Send back your approved returns to the address provided in your return approval email.
